AquaBarrier Waterproofing Pty Ltd is a Melbourne waterproofing contractor, established in 2021. Director Yousuf Akbari has about 9 years in the waterproofing industry.
We install membrane systems to internal wet areas, balconies and terraces, roofs, podiums and below-ground structures, to AS 3740 and AS 4654.2, working as a subcontractor to builders on multi-residential and apartment projects, and on remedial leak repairs in occupied buildings for maintenance contractors and owners corporations.
Waterproofing ends up hidden behind tiles and screed, so it has to be right the first time. We get the prep right before any membrane goes down, and detail every corner, drain, penetration and upturn properly. We turn up when we say we will, keep the site team updated, and leave the work area clean.
